Privacy Policy

Who we are
This website, tracknco.com, is operated by TRACK’N’CO, a French simplified joint-stock company (S.A.S.) with its registered office at 1205 Rue Alphonse Gourju, 38140 Apprieu, France (“Track N Co”, “we”, “us”). Track N Co is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. For all questions about personal data and this policy, contact us at privacy@tracknco.com.
What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to submit it through our forms:
- Request a meeting: full name, company, business email, project size (optional), project description, and your privacy consent.
- Request early access: full name, company, business email, message / use case (optional), and your privacy consent.
In addition, limited technical data (such as IP addresses and request metadata) is processed automatically when you visit this website, as necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure.
We also collect aggregated, non-identifying usage and performance information through cookieless website analytics, as described under “Website analytics”.
Why we process your data
- Responding to a meeting request — to review your inquiry and contact you about your project (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries).
- Managing early-access requests — to register your interest in Plan N Connect and contact you when early access becomes available.
- Website security and abuse prevention — to protect the website and our forms against automated abuse (our legitimate interest in keeping our services secure).
Abuse protection on our forms
Our forms use technical anti-abuse measures, including a hidden anti-bot field and Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-bot verification service operated by Cloudflare. Turnstile processes limited technical signals about your browser and device to distinguish human visitors from automated bots. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting our website and forms from abuse.
Who receives your data
Form submissions are handled by the Track N Co teams that need them to respond to you: sales, business development, technical support, and management. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with other companies for their own purposes.
Hosting and service providers
We use Cloudflare as our website hosting, content delivery, and security provider. Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP addresses and request metadata) as necessary to deliver and protect this website.
Form submissions are stored in a database operated by Supabase, our database hosting provider. Our database is located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany — AWS eu-central-1 region).
International data transfers
We aim to keep personal data within the European Union wherever possible. However, some of our service providers (including Cloudflare and Supabase) operate global infrastructure, and certain processing operations — such as content delivery, security filtering, support, or infrastructure maintenance — may involve access to or transfer of data outside the EU/EEA. Where such transfers occur, they are carried out under appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.
How long we keep your data
- Meeting requests: retained for 12 months after our last contact with you, and for up to 3 years where you remain an active B2B prospect.
- Early-access requests: retained until Plan N Connect launches plus 12 months, and for up to 3 years where you remain an active B2B prospect.
- Security logs: retained for 6 to 12 months.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service provided by Cloudflare, to understand how our website is used and to monitor its performance and reliability. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless: it does not set cookies or store information on your device, it does not create a persistent identifier for you, and it does not track you across other websites.
It collects aggregated, non-identifying information such as page views, visits, referring sites, approximate country, device type, browser, operating system, and website performance metrics. We use this information only to understand overall website traffic and to keep the website fast and reliable.
This analytics does not require a user account. It is separate from, and not used to process or store, the information you submit through our forms, and separate from the bot-protection processing described under “Abuse protection on our forms”.
Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies required for the website to function and remain secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our website analytics is cookieless and does not store information on your device (see “Website analytics”). Because we use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and our analytics is cookieless, this website does not display a cookie consent banner. If we introduce cookies or technologies that require consent in the future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to our processing of your data;
- receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@tracknco.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we introduce new features or services. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
